T. John Arbucci

John Arbucci is a seasoned, experienced trial attorney, defending clients in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Arbucci has extensive experience in a host of different legal disciplines. He started his career practicing plaintiff’s antitrust and complex business litigation. He then transitioned to defending doctors and dentists in malpractice actions, before joining a large defense firm focusing his practice on defending landowners and corporations in premises liability actions and defending trucking companies in catastrophic injury cases. Mr. Arbucci also served as in-house trial counsel for a large insurance company before joining Yoka Smith.

Mr. Arbucci was named to Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America. He has served as trial counsel in multiple jury trials and bench trials with successful outcomes.
