Robert H. Flynn

Bob Flynn is an experienced trial attorney having successfully represented at trial and on appeal many defendants, insurers, and self-insureds, as well as claimants, over his career. His broad background includes representing a public transportation authority on injury and death cases involving buses, trains and trolleys; defendants’ and insurers’ aviation, trucking, products liability, construction, auto and premises cases; as well as professional negligence cases including attorney malpractice, real estate agents and brokers, engineers and architects on errors and omissions cases. And finally litigants in business and real estate disputes.

Bob also serves as a neutral arbitrator and mediator, on both the Commercial and Construction panels of the American Arbitration Association. He is a member of the San Diego County Bar, having served as Chair of its ADR Section 2018 – 2020; of the North San Diego Bar Association where he Chairs its Litigation Committee; of the American Bar Association, where he served as Chair of its Economics of the Practice of Law Committee (then part of TIPS); and of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the California Association of Lawyers. Past member of the IADC and DRI.
And he is a California licensed real estate broker.
