Jacob Pullido v. County of Ventura
Plaintiff – represented by Downtown LA Law Group – filed a lawsuit against Defendant County of Ventura (COUNTY). Plaintiff was a prisoner in the County jail. He first filed a Complaint for a “slip and fall” while he exited the “shower” facility.
Plaintiff then amended the Complaint to allege a single cause of action for failure to summon and furnish medical care.
Defendant filed a Motion for Summary Judgment on the grounds that the COUNTY did indeed respond and summon medical care.
The Court granted the MSJ.
