Hayden Rexroad

Hayden is an associate at Yoka | Smith, LLP. A Southern California native, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Hayden received her Juris Doctor from the Southwestern Law School, where she concentrated in Civil Litigation and Advocacy and graduated as a Dean’s Merit Scholar. During law school, she served on the board of the Consumer Law Society, was a member of the Dean’s Leadership Academy, volunteered as a Peer Mentor, and clerked with Southwestern’s Community Lawyering Clinic.

Hayden was also an active member of Southwestern’s Trial Advocacy Honors Program, competing as both a junior and senior advocate. During her final year of law school, Hayden competed in the San Diego Defense Lawyers Trial Competition, advancing to the semifinals.

Following her first year of law school, Hayden was selected as an inaugural fellow of the Yoka Panish Civil Justice Fellowship. She later spent two years as a law clerk with Yoka | Smith, LLP before being admitted to the State Bar of California and joining the firm as an Associate. Hayden’s current practice is focused on premises liability and product liability defense.
