Beverly Kim is an Associate Attorney at YOKA | SMITH, where she represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters.
She grew up in Paris, France, and later attended the University of California, Davis, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Sociology. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law.
Prior to joining YOKA | SMITH, Beverly worked with the LAPD office. In that role, she represented clients in a wide range of criminal matters and gained substantial courtroom experience. Beverly successfully tried multiple jury trials to verdict, developing strong advocacy, litigation strategy, and case management skills.
Before entering private practice, Beverly also worked for Tesla, where she gained experience in corporate operations and contract-related matters.
