Defense Victory: Summary Judgment Granted in Premises Liability and Negligence Case
We are pleased to share that the Court granted summary judgment in favor of our client, The Court found that our client neither owned nor controlled the area where the incident occurred and had not performed any work related to the subject incident. The ruling confirmed that our client’s responsibilities were limited to work authorized by the City, and no duty was owed to the plaintiff beyond those contractual obligations.
