Anthony was born in Los Angeles, California. He was admitted to Bar of the State of California in 1987, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California in 1988. Anthony obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University at Northridge in 1983. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Whittier College of Law in 1986. Anthony was a recipient of the Am Jur Award for Legal Research and Writing and Civil Procedure, and served as a Law Clerk for the Los Angeles County Superior Court Law Departments, 1986-1987. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, State Bar of California, and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. His experience has concentrated in the areas of product liability and complex tort litigation. He has served as an Arbitrator in the Alternative Dispute Resolution program for the Superior Court.
