Bradley R. Mathews

Senior Counsel

Bradley Mathews has over 21 years of experience practicing complex civil litigation in both State and Federal Court in diverse practice areas including employment law, wrongful death and catastrophic injury, business and commercial disputes, premises liability actions, and real property claims.  He has been recognized by clients and judges for his legal acumen, professionalism, and successfully briefing and arguing highly complex legal issues.

Bradley has briefed and argued appeals in both State and Federal Courts, prevailed at trial in complex litigation cases, and successfully resolved cases for his clients.  He is admitted to the California Bar, and licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh and Ninth Circuits.

Bradley attended the University of Maryland where he received a degree in English Literature and went on to attend the University of San Diego School of Law.  While at the University of Maryland he played football for the Terrapins and interned for the late Congressman Robert Matsui.
