Jean C. Phan
Jean was born in Los Angeles, California on October 7, 1980. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California, Irvine in 2003 and her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 2007. Jean was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007, and is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Before being admitted to the State Bar of California, she published "The American Tradition of Racial Profiling," an article analyzing the practice of racial profiling during times of war (The American Tradition of Racial Profiling, 64 Guild Practitioner 27 (2007))
