Elizabeth A. Kurtz

Elizabeth was born in Santa Monica, CA on June 27, 1978, and has been a member of the California State Bar and the US Central District Court since December 2003. She received her Bachelor of Science in 2000 from Villanova University and her Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2003. While attending Santa Clara University, Elizabeth was the Business Editor for the Computer and High Technology Law Journal. Her law practice has focused on tort litigation and products liability. Elizabeth is an active member of the Southern California Defense Counsel and the American Bar Association. Elizabeth's practice is focused on products liability defense.
