Walter M. Yoka
 Walter was born on June 13, 1955 in Steubenville, Ohio. Walter was admitted to the Bar of the State of California as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California in 1980, and United States District Court for the Southern District of California in 1987. Walter is a trial attorney who has tried numerous complex and high-profile cases to verdict. He has also successfully argued in the California Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal. Among his many affiliations, Walter is an Executive Committee member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a member of the Product Liability Advisory Council and the International Society of Barristers. He served as President of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and the California Defense Counsel, and continues to serve on numerous bench and bar committees. In 2003, he was appointed by Chief Justice Ronald George to serve on the Judicial Council Blue Ribbon Panel of Experts on the Fair and Efficient Administration of Civil Cases, and currently serves as a member of the Judicial Council Civil & Small Claims Advisory Committee. Walter has been named to the Southern California Super Lawyers list for 2004 through 2008, as well as the Best Lawyers in America for 2006 through 2008. Walter earned his law degree from Southwestern University in 1980.
